Business Advisory
You're making money, but something in the business isn't working the way it should. We diagnose what's actually constraining growth and build a clear, prioritized path to fix it.

Whatever's slowing things down, it's rarely obvious from the inside. Start by figuring out where the friction is, whether that's how the business runs, how it grows, or the assets and decisions behind it.
Three ways in. The same discipline behind all of them.

You've got a deal or development decision with real capital at stake. We help you test the assumptions behind it before you commit, whether it's your first acquisition or your fifteenth.
Learn More →Every path starts with a real conversation, not a generic pitch.
We talk through what's actually happening in your business or decision, determine where the real issue sits, and identify the right next step.
You didn't start this business to become a marketer, an analyst, or a data person. You started it because you're good at what you do.
But at some point, growth stops being about working harder. It starts being about seeing clearly: where customers are actually coming from, what's quietly holding the business back, or whether the numbers behind a major decision actually hold up.
CND's work draws on real experience in business transformation, analytics, revenue strategy, and decision support, diagnosing performance problems, connecting fragmented data, quantifying risk and opportunity, and helping people make better decisions.
That's the same lens applied across all three: growth, operations, and investment decisions. Different problems. Same discipline.
Who you're working with
I'm Crystal, founder of CND Collective. CND comes from my initials, but it also stands for Context, Nuance, and Design: the three things that shape how I approach the work.
Context, because no two businesses or decisions are the same.
Nuance, because the real issue is rarely the obvious one.
Design, because understanding a problem isn't the same as solving it.
My background is in business transformation, analytics, and revenue strategy. It's the kind of work that requires looking beneath the surface, understanding what's actually driving a result, and figuring out what needs to change next.
I started CND because too many businesses never get that level of thinking applied to them. They get generic marketing, generic advice, disconnected data, or solutions that treat the symptom instead of the real problem.
And I don't stop at the diagnosis. Depending on what brought you here, that might mean building the plan, the campaign, the model, or the next step with you.
Whichever path brought you here, you're talking directly to me. Not a sales rep, not a handoff, and not a template.
No pitch. Just an honest look at what you're working with and what might actually help.
CND Advisory
Revenue is coming in, but something underneath it isn't working the way it should. Before you spend more on growth, spend an hour identifying where performance is breaking down.
You can feel when something's off. Margins tighter than they should be. Deals that used to close now stalling. Reporting that tells you what happened last month but never why. Growth that keeps demanding more effort instead of getting easier.
The hard part isn't sensing it. It's knowing exactly where to look, and what to fix first.
That's what a diagnostic is for.
The Business Growth Blueprint
This isn't generic strategy advice. It's a structured diagnostic built to find exactly where growth is being constrained in your business, and give you a clear, prioritized path to fix it.
01, Diagnose
We assess the areas most likely to be holding your business back: revenue and profitability, customer acquisition and conversion, operations and workflow, systems and reporting, retention, referral development, capacity, and decision-making visibility.
02, Prioritize
Not every issue matters equally. We identify the three to four areas with the highest impact on your growth, not a laundry list of everything that could theoretically improve.
03, Blueprint
You get a clear, prioritized plan: what's constraining growth, why it's happening, and what to do about it, in order of impact.
04, Implement
Every Blueprint includes one focused implementation or quick-win improvement, so you see real movement before the engagement ends. This isn't a report you're left alone with.
What It Costs
Blueprint engagements are scoped to the size and complexity of the business and typically begin in the five figures.
The exact scope and investment are defined after the initial Growth Diagnostic, based on the areas that need the deepest review and the level of implementation support required.
If the Blueprint uncovers a larger opportunity, CND can move into a separate implementation engagement to help build or fix what's identified.
Why CND
CND's approach comes from real experience in business transformation, analytics, and revenue strategy.
That experience includes diagnosing performance problems, connecting fragmented data, quantifying revenue risk and opportunity, and helping leaders decide where to act.
That's the lens the Blueprint is built on. A structured way of finding what's actually constraining your business, and what to do about it.
Advisory or Growth Marketing?
Growth Marketing
"I need more qualified customers."
Advisory
"We're making money, but something in this business isn't working the way it should."
The two connect. A Marketing client sometimes discovers the real constraint isn't leads, it's conversion or operations. An Advisory client sometimes discovers the business is operationally ready, and customer acquisition is the next lever.
CND is ultimately about finding the right lever, not forcing every client into the same service.
Is a Growth Diagnostic Right for You?
Done-For-You Growth Marketing
CND manages your paid acquisition, tracks performance from first click through customer conversion, and shows you what actually turned marketing spend into revenue.
Not another report that stops at impressions and leads.
You see impressions. Clicks. Cost per lead.
But the questions that matter are usually harder to answer:
Without that connection, marketing decisions become educated guesses.
CND is built to close that loop.
Because you're not paying for clicks.
You're investing in customers.
What CND Actually Does
We build a customer-acquisition system designed around measurable business outcomes.
Strategy First
We start with your economics: your customer value, sales cycle, service area, capacity, and what a qualified opportunity actually looks like. Then we determine what paid acquisition should accomplish for your business.
Audience Targeting
We identify and test audiences most likely to become qualified customers, not simply the people most likely to click.
Campaign Management + Creative Direction
We build, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, with creative direction based on your offer, audience, and performance data. Meta may be a primary acquisition channel, depending on your business and market.
Lead Tracking
We track leads beyond the initial form fill or inquiry.
For landing pages, forms, and booking links, we build attribution back to the campaign and creative that generated the lead.
For platform-native conversations, such as leads that begin in DMs, attribution can be less precise. We'll always be clear about what can be tracked directly and what should be treated as directional.
Lead → Contacted → Qualified → Booked → Customer
Performance Reporting
You see the metrics that help you make decisions:
Spend. Leads. Conversion. Customers. Revenue.
Not just campaign activity.
Revenue Visibility
We connect marketing activity back to actual business outcomes so you can see what is producing revenue, what isn't, and what needs to change. As the system matures, we can also strengthen follow-up so qualified opportunities are less likely to go cold.
Why CND
CND approaches marketing through the lens of growth, analytics, and revenue strategy.
That means we care about more than whether an ad generated a click.
Did the lead qualify? Did they book? Did they buy? What was the customer worth? And what should we do differently next?
That's why we build the measurement into the service from day one, not as an add-on once a campaign is already running.
Clear strategy. Clear tracking. Clear decisions.

CND Real Estate Analytics & Decision Support
Every real estate decision, whether it's a single acquisition or a multi-phase development, rests on assumptions about costs, timing, financing, and returns. Get those wrong and the deal doesn't work the way you thought it would.
We help you test those assumptions before the capital is committed, not after.
Stale comps. Rehab numbers based on a rough estimate instead of real costs. A pro forma that doesn't account for financing changes. An exit assumption nobody stress-tested.
Sometimes the opportunity is the problem. Sometimes the assumptions are. The point of the analysis is to know which one you're dealing with before you commit more capital.
That's true whether this is your first acquisition or your fifteenth. The complexity of the decision changes. The need for real analysis behind it doesn't.
Standardized Analysis
A single acquisition. A straightforward rehab or flip. A rental property evaluation. A side-by-side comparison of a few properties or markets.
We apply a structured framework using real numbers and clear return comparisons so you're deciding based on analysis, not a gut feeling or a rough spreadsheet.
This isn't a lighter version of the work. It's the right depth of analysis for a decision that doesn't require custom modeling.
Custom Decision Support
A development project. A deal with multiple financing scenarios. A decision involving construction costs and timelines. A project where the exit isn't straightforward.
This is custom modeling built around your specific deal. We test how the deal performs when key assumptions change: costs rise, timelines slip, rents come in lower, or the exit doesn't go as planned.
You see not just what the deal returns if everything goes right, but what happens if it doesn't, where the pressure points are, and how much room there is before the numbers stop working.
The result is a clear recommendation grounded in the analysis. This is the primary way we work with investors and developers facing decisions with real complexity and real capital at stake.
Pricing is tied to the complexity of the decision, not a fixed package.
A Standardized Analysis is quoted upfront once we understand the decision you're facing.
Custom Decision Support is scoped based on the depth of modeling, research, scenario analysis, and decision support the engagement actually requires.
Either way, the investment in the analysis should be considered in the context of the capital at risk in the decision it's informing.
This work draws on CND's background in financial modeling, business transformation, analytics, and decision support: quantifying risk and opportunity, building scenario models, testing assumptions, and helping decision-makers act with better information.
Real estate may be a different asset class, but the underlying decision discipline is the same:
What are we assuming? What happens if we're wrong? And is the potential return worth the risk we're taking?
That's the lens the analysis is built on.
Real Estate Analytics & Decision Support doesn't require working with CND on Growth Marketing or Business Advisory.
It's built for investors and developers who want better analysis behind a specific real estate decision, full stop.
If you're also facing broader questions about how your business or growth strategy is performing, that's a different conversation. But this service works independently of either one.
In the conversation, we'll look at:
